25 (3) Reporting
The Department shall forward a report, as soon as practicable, for the preceding year, to the DGS and maintain the record of the report.
The report shall contain:
- The number of requests made by the Public to the department.
- The number of decisions where applicants were not entitled to the documents pursuant to the request. The provision of the Act under which these decisions were made and number of times these provisions were invoked.
- Particulars of the disciplinary action taken against any officer in respect of the administration of this Act.
- The amount of charges collected by the department under this Act.
Recommendations for reforms, development, improvement, modernisation, reform or amendment to this Act or other legislation or common law or any other matter relevant for operationalising the right to access information.
